Product Description: Differences between the lengths of the legs is called a limb length discrepancy.  This product can help with problems associated with the difference in leg length.  This heel lift can be added to the shoe to improve the symptoms of these problems. 

The adjustable heel lift is often used as well for children with heel pain, especially during sports.   

How to apply:  Place the heel lift of desired thickness (3/8”, ¼”, 1/8”) on top of the insole in the shoe.  The desired thickness is achieved by removing layers until desired thickness is obtained.
