Performance Foot charges U.S. shoppers sales tax in Washington State only.
Shipping Considerations
All orders placed before 2:00pm PT online will be shipped the same day. Orders are shipped
via United States Postal Services unless otherwise selected. Customers pay for all shipping
charges. Overnight and Second Day shipping options can be selected at Checkout.
Additional shipping charges will be applied to these shipments.
Within The U.S. - Lower 48 states only. Performance Foot delivers to the continental United
States excluding Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and A PO/
FPO addresses at this time.
To Multiple Addresses - The shopping cart on Performance Foot does not currently allow you
to ship to more than one address at a time. If you need to ship product to multiple
addresses, please enter separate orders for each address.
Merchandise Return Policy
A no-hassle, money-back, 100% satisfaction guarantee comes with every Performance Foot
product sold. We gladly accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of your original order.
Products must be returned in resalable condition, clean , and not damaged. All original
packaging must also be returned undamaged. Due to health code regulations, we cannot
accept any items that have been worn or used. Products such as creams and lotions may
not be returned for any reason since they are considered to be contaminated once they have
been opened. Products returned that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the
customer a t the customer's expense.
If you wish to exchange an item, an additional shipping charge will be assessed; we will ship
the new product to you for $6.95 as soon as we receive the original item back from you.
Any difference in price between the new item you wish to receive, and the item you
originally ordered, will also be charged (or refunded) to your credit card. However, if a
mistake wa s made on our part we will ship the new order to you free of charge.
If you wish to return a product, you will receive a refund in full (less shipping and handling).
This refund will post to your credit card account approximately 7 days after we receive the
item back from you.
