The Gel Heel Spur Pads are sold as a pair and are re-usable. They are made from medical grade silicone to provide optimal shock absorption and cushioning.  They provide excellent relief for heel spurs, fat pad loss to the heel, joint pain, back pain, heel bursitis, and plantar fasciitis. Each pad has a gel dot that can be removed from the center heel of pad to provide additional accommodation of painful area.
