Performance Foot's Big Toe Joint Pain Relief Kit is available as a Standard or Supreme kit.  The difference is that the Supreme kit contains a reusable gel dancers/sesamoid pad. This is a several dollar savings over purchasing the components individually.    These kits are beneficial to you if you are experiencing pain underneath the big toe joint directly or with attempted movement upward of the big toe joint. There are two small bones under the big toe joint that can cause pain.

The components of this kit are adhesive backed pads that shift the weight off of the painful areas. The standard kit contains felt and foam pads with adhesive backs.  The supreme kit is the same as the standard kit with the addition of one reusable purple gel sesamoid/dancers pad. You may order additional pads individually in the quantities that you desire. Must specify right or left foot when ordering. The pads are named for the foot that they are attached to.  

Please note:  Sometime is advantageous to place the pad to the insole of the shoe.  If you are doing it in this manner, then you would purchase a right sesamoid/dancers pad and place it adhesive side down in the left shoe.  In a similiar manner if placing a sesamoid/dancer pad directly to the insole of the shoe of a right shoe, then place the adhesive side to the insole using a left sesamoid/dancers pad.
