Ball of Foot Pain Relief Kit was carefully designed to provide you with several similar metatarsal pads to successfully reduce pain along the ball of the foot. The ball of the foot is the area on the bottom of your foot just behind the toes. It is the portion of the foot that bears weight when standing or walking.
Performance Foot includes footpads in The Ball of Foot Pain Relief Kit Regular that are designed to shift the weight off of the painful areas. The location that you place the pad is critical. Do not place pad directly over the painful area it will result in an increase in pain. To properly place the pad put your thumb side-ways over the area of pain and place the pad just behind your thumb (to the heel side of the foot). By placing it in this location the weight will be transferred off of the painful area and through the pad. The felt and foam pads have adhesive backs. The felt and foam pads have adhesive backs.
The kit contains both felt and foam pads with adhesive backs. The pads are placed directly to the skin for best results. This kit provides you with both felt and foam pads. One type of pad is not better that the other.

The Ball of Foot Pain Relef surpreme kit contains 10 felt pads, 10 foam pads, and one purple gel reusable metatarsal pad. The pads are placed directly to the skin for best results. You may order additional pads individually in the quantities that you desire. This kit provides you with felt, foam, and gel pads.
